Anna Parker grew up with a profound connection to nature, enhanced by daily walks in the woods, bird watching, and fishing in the creek near her home. She loves exploring earth, tree, water, and rock formations. Layers of rich color and texture lie within the natural world; daily exposure to the woods and river landscapes near her home continue to inspire her creative spirit and invoke her inner storyteller.  She finds that daily exploration and creation help her create meaningful art.

Her art incorporates vivid colors and organic shapes in glass mosaics that celebrate nature, animals, adventure, and fantasy. Glass mosaics are the perfect match for her love of intricate puzzles, color, and light. They give a sense of looking through a window, into the layers of nature, and the discovery of something mysterious and beautiful.
