About custom Made-to-Order items~

I am very flexible on made to order items. Please contact me about payment plans and down payment options. They do take longer to finish, sometimes several months due to the intricacy of the work. If you have a deadline in mind please contact me ahead of time before your purchase. Custom Made-to-Order items are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Custom Items are non-refundable unless item is damaged in shipping.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning purchases unless item is damaged. The item(s) must be returned in sellable condition in order for a full refund to be granted.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS
- Returns will be accepted for damaged purchases. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving damaged items to initiate the refund or exchange process.

- If your item is damaged, please submit a photo of the damage item to annasparkart@gmail.com.

Shipping

SHIPPING
***All of my packages are packed with the utmost care. I ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment with the exception of Holidays and custom made-to-order itmes. Please inquire about shipping time for Holidays since there may be additional shipping and printing delays beyond my control. I will keep you informed all the way. Good customer service is important to me.


Domestic Shipping:
Purchases should be received within 3-7 business days of shipment, but may take up to 14 days or even longer during the Holidays. If orders have not arrived in that time frame, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to work it out with you!


UNDELIVERED/DAMAGED PACKAGES need to be investigated for insurance approval. I encourage you to be patient as I work with you to locate your undelivered shipment or investigate a damaged package. Until the case is filed with the Shipper, please respect the fact I will be unable to refund any of your costs. While I understand this may be an inconvenience and strive for great customer service, I will need proof from them the package was undelivered or damaged. Please know I'll work as quickly as I can to resolve the issue. In the event of damaged packages or broken items, document with photos for insurance purposes and save all packaging. A package is considered lost after 21 days for domestic/USA orders.
 

TAXES

All tax rules will apply and taxes may be added to your total order.
